SUMMARY
Drag and dropping an element(Yellow notes), causes a micro hang.
In 5.25.4 it caused a crash.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the plasmoid list.
2. Drag and drop instead of click.

OBSERVED RESULT
Plasmashell hangs and recovers.

Thankfully this is fixed in 5.26 already.
