SUMMARY
bugs.kde.org doesn't how the bug's title if Javascript is disabled. I often browse bugs.kde.org with Javascript disabled and it's pretty annoying.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable Javascript, go to any bug, for example, https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=453111
2. The bug title isn't shown, the site just shows blank space there

EXPECTED RESULT
bugs.kde.org should show bug's title even with Javascript disabled.

When testing, disable cookies as well in addition to disabling Javascript.

Pretty weird bug, bugs.kde.org doesn't show bug's title for (at least) the following bugs:

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=460198

However, for the following bug the title is shown correctly: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=415270
