Plasma custom theme

SUMMARY
The telegram's system tray icon looks dark.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings
2. Choose any plasma global theme or icons.
3. Apply it and look for the telegram icon in the system tray.

OBSERVED RESULT
The Telegram icon in the system tray looks dark, almost imperceptible to my eye. I'm using the telegram package from the AUR. I'm not exactly sure, when this behavior started. This happens using the Plasma Breeze Light or Dark Theme and also using custom Global themes or icons. Sometimes the telegram icon looks fine after starting up the plasma session, but it is hard to replicate this behavior.

EXPECTED RESULT
The telegram icons should look white, or it should have a better contrast.
