After latest upgrade, this started to happen only with portal open/save dialogs.

This happened after latest upgrade to Framework 5.98.0

After trying many tips found on forums, it seems the problem comes from the file "/usr/share/icons/default/index.theme"
it contains:
[icon theme]
Inherits=xcursor-breeze

after changing it to:
[icon theme]
Inherits=breeze_cursors

After rebooting, it seems the problem is gone, I don't know if it's the correct fix or not and how that file got modified after the latest update.
