STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a new folder

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin creates a new window.

EXPECTED RESULT
The folder should open in the original window.

Can you specify:

- How you open a new folder (right-click in Dolphin and the "Open in New Tab", or through task manager, or through a terminal command)
- Which setting you are referring to that you have changed
- In what state the window is in (is the folder you are opening already open in a tab?)

I can't reproduce as it is.
