Only OpenDesktop account can be added. No other accounts are listed to be added

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open System Settings
2.  Open Online Accounts
3.  Click on add new account

OBSERVED RESULT
Open Desktop is listed.

EXPECTED RESULT
Google Account should be listed as well.
