STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open SDDM KCM
2. click on 'Behavior...' button
3. check the option to enabled auto-login
4. apply the change

OBSERVED RESULT
the change is detected as a non-default setting - the checkbox becomes orange if 'Highlight changed settings' feature is enabled - but the 'Defaults' button remains greyed out 

EXPECTED RESULT
'Defaults' button becomes active

Currently these are the steps to reproduce on neon unstable:

1. open SDDM KCM
2. click on 'Behavior...' button
3. check the option to enable auto-login
4. apply the change
5. go to another KCM
6. go back to SDDM KCM
7. click on 'Behavior...' button

The button is active as expected after the steps from comment 2, but nothing happens after click on it.
