SUMMARY
Whenever I transcode a video using the Lossless option, it becomes upside down. 
Reproducible: always.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Import a video that needs transcoding (mine has variable framerate)
2. Choose "Lossless"
3. Watch the video

OBSERVED RESULT
The transcoded video is upside down

EXPECTED RESULT
Obviously right side up

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10.0.19043 Build 19043

Karol, thanks for reporting this. Do all videos get turned upside-down when you do a lossless transcode? Is this video file taken with a phone or other device that has auto-rotation?

As mentioned, it happens every time I choose the Lossless option. The video was taken with a smartphone. Do you think it has something to do with that fact? It's not impossible.

Do you have a sample original video file that you would be willing to share? That would let me test and see how to reproduce it.

Sorry for a late reply. It happens when the video is recorded in portrait mode. Here's a random example that can be used to reproduce the bug:
