SUMMARY

On first entry of "Align" the saved "Slew to target" is  not processed. Instead module "Align" does a "Sync". Only after switching to option "Sync" and then back to "Slew to target" the "Align"-module copes with the task.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter module "Align" for the first time
2. Activate "Capture & Solve" with "Slew to Target" checked
3. Follow the log and realize that the module is doing a "Sync"
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
"Align" executes a "Sync"

EXPECTED RESULT
"Align" executes a "Slew to Target"

Fix radio button not updating train options properly by using toggled instead of clicked signals.
