Gnumeric has a generic Wayland icon in Taskbar / Window Switcher.
It does not have its proper icon.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a KDE/Wayland session
2.  Launch Gnumeric

OBSERVED RESULT
In the taskbar and window switcher, Gnumeric has a generic Wayland icon (white "W" on a yellow background).

EXPECTED RESULT
Gnumeric should have its proper icon.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Debian Bookworm
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version:  5.25.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.98.0
Qt Version: 5.15.4

I filled the bug against Gnumeric but their devs suggested to fill it also against KDE:
