SUMMARY

Currently, in the RTL language environment, the tree widget in Detail view doesn't support RTL. Currently, the view is forced to be LTR mode (i.e. starting from lift side). Qt is support RTL tree view (see https://bugsfiles.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=145970 ) 

For reference: 
Bug#189994 is the original bug report. However, since Qt support the RTL tree widget, we need to open bug report for each custom implementation of tree widget. 
Bug#449211 is bug report for Dolphin custom detail view issue.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run any KDE app (using standard KDE open dialog) in reverse mode, for example: kate -reverse
2. Go file --> Open file

OBSERVED RESULT
The tree start from lift

EXPECTED RESULT
The tree should start from right.
