Description K.J. Petrie 2022-10-02 12:33:44 UTC
SUMMARY
If a tab is dragged to the desktop a small +sign appears to indicate dropping it will open a new window, similar to the konsole behaviour. However, releasing the mouse button does nothing. This makes it difficult to work with multiple documents and organise work between windows and desktops.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open two or more tabs in kwrite
2. Click and drag a tab to the desktop
3. Release the mouse button

OBSERVED RESULT
A green circle containing a + sign appears when the mouse is over the desktop with the button pressed. Nothing happens when the button is released.

EXPECTED RESULT
The tab would open in a new window.
