STEPS TO REPRODUCE
so far I noticed one trigger but I am unsure if it'll work
1. open krita
2. select a different tab (it happens thru google search bar most of the time) and use key combinations like: ctrl+a/ctrl+x/ctrl+v a couple of times
3. select back to krita and viola

OBSERVED RESULT
- the zoom tool shows the "magnifying glass" icon with a + and - only (whichever you'll use it will only work as the one set in the tool options, eg. only the zoom in regardless of the + or -)

- additionally you are unable to manually zoom with the mouse (ctrl + space + LMB hold and drag), doesn't register it as a drag but a click)
- unable to resize the brush tool (with shift + LMB hold and drag)
- unable to resize the liquify tool while in transform layer/selection tool (same as former)

- occasionally, while the brush tool is selected, hovering the cursor over the canvas results in switching the current tool to the line tool

EXPECTED RESULT
