SUMMARY
An option in the settings for auto-unmarking new podcasts would be good.
For example you could set a time (e.g. 5 seconds) after which the podcast that you clicked on, becomes unmarked.

An option to remove all new labels in one podcast would also be an alternative.

Just found ou, that is already possible with "Select All" and then choosing different options. So sry and nevermind.
