SUMMARY The number of layers in a custom document created after creating a document from the clipboard becomes 1. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Create a document from the clipboard. 2. Create a custom document. OBSERVED RESULT The number of layers of the created custom document becomes 1. EXPECTED RESULT Creating a document from the clipboard should not affect the number of layers in a custom document.
