STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. chameleon style  in den Systemeinstellungen auswählen
2. Systemeinstellungen stürzen ab und lassen sich nicht mehr starten
3. auch das Infozentrum funktioniert nicht mehr

Use "systemsettings -style Breeze" and set a different style
