STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Scratchlines doesn't work
2. I created black color clip, put effect but nothing happened
3.

Scratchlines has not work since release 21.08.01

Scratchlines seems to work normally on the 22.08.1 AppImage (Linux). What version and what platform are you on?

Nevermind, screenshot is clearly Windows and version is listed as 22.08.1. Looks like it's the same bug as #459429.
