Description of the attachement

I have just upgraded to mesa 22.2 on arch and after reboot I started experiencing weird graphical flickering.  on top of that if you look at the attached clip captured with OBS, it looks like it got stuck on the 5 second mark but that's not what happened in reality - the calc window was minimized and I moved on to other windows to show this issue. 

Happens on wayland. I will confirm for XORG when I have a moment.
