SUMMARY

I don't have any sound, having install a new kernel and pipewire.

I have on going problem with dbus.socket not listening and dbus-broker not starting, at boot time.

Then it seems like the problem comes from one of those packages. KDE isn't involved in that at all; I would recommend that you contact the Fedora folks for assistance with this.
