STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Dolphin
2. try to drag-and-drop a file/folder with a touchscreen
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
we cannot drag-and-drop anything

EXPECTED RESULT
we can drag and drop with a touchscreen
