Obviously, since millions of people are using Krita daily without encountering the problem you have, there must be something else going on. If you're really using 5.0.2, please update. Please check whether the same issue holds if you run Krita as a different user. Please provide the information from help->system information for bug reports and help->krita log for bug reports. You can also attach a screenshot or a video that shows the problem to this bug report that shows the _entire_ Krita Window, not just a section of the canvas.
