SUMMARY
Since switchable graphics are a norm for a few years no, it seems like a good idea to me to show second GPU on hardware info screen. External screens are usually being wired through another GPU, which can expose bugs that are present on let's say Nvidia.
Having driver version as well may be beneficial, but optional. It's just seems like a convenience feature to me.

Here's what I have in mind:

Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.90
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.98.0
Qt Version: 5.15.6
Kernel Version: 5.19.10-zen1-1-zen (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 16 × AMD Ryzen 7 4800H with Radeon Graphics
Memory: 15.0 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: AMD RENOIR
Secondary Graphics Processor: NVIDIA Corporation TU106M [GeForce RTX 2060 Mobile] (rev a1)

This would be way too much work for way too little gain I'm afraid. 99% of the time the only relevant GPU is the one doing the rendering.
