STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. kioslave5 has crashed 

OBSERVED RESULT
Dr konqi says you cannot report this error because kioslave5 does not provide a bug reporting address

EXPECTED RESULT
We should still show the crash report to the user and tell the user in the last step that this unfortunately needs to be reported manually

That's a workaround what really should happen is that all KDE binaries set a proper bug reporting address.
