Laptop screen: eDP-1, 2880x1800@200%
External monitor: DP-1, 2560x1440@100%

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect an external monitor to a laptop
2. In "Display configuration", disable the internal screen
3. Turn off and on the external monitor

OBSERVED RESULT
The internal screen is enabled again at (0, 0). Screen content overlaps on top of the external screen area.

EXPECTED RESULT
The internal screen should not be enabled.

In fact, it seems I don't even need to toggle the external monitor.

In "System Settings" - "Display Configuration", uncheck "Enabled" for the Built-in Screen, apply, switch to another settings page and switch back. The Built-in Screen is enabled again.
