Discover's Sorter in the top right corner has a few pixels cutoff due to the dropdown arrow.

1. Open Discover
2. Chose a category on the left sidebar
3. See pixels in g cutoff
4. Cry
5. Report bug to Aleix

ToolButton: Do not layout for the icon when it's not set

It shouldn't be necessary to specify the TextOnly display. Skipping
setting the icon should be enough.
