kpeoplevcard folder showing that my contacts are synced

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
SUMMARY
The contact sync plugin from my phone is on, in my pc too, with every permission enabled, but kadressbook don't import any contact
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Kadressbook (or Kontact)
2. go to contact tab
3. it doesn't show anything

OBSERVED RESULT
No contact are imported

EXPECTED RESULT
all card imported, and showing in the address book
