Dolphin vs thunderbird attachment dialog

SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I downloaded a pdf (via firefox (snap 104.0.2)). 
2. moved it into a new subfolder (inside dolphin)

OBSERVED RESULT
when I wanted to email the pdf a minute later, the folder has disappeared.
so I start a new try to download the pdf 
but inside the download-dialog (firefox) the new subfolder and the pdf are still existing
same inside thunderbird (I can attach and send the file, that (dolphin says to me) does not exist)

EXPECTED RESULT
everything should look and be the same

I'm trying to reproduce this issue but I am not quite following the problem.

Can you please provide expanded/detailed steps to reproduce if this issue is still occurring? If it is, please change the status back to REPORTED with the steps.
