STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open PDF with signatures
2. Click on a signature field. The popup "Il n'y a aucun certificat de signature" shows up, with an help link
3. Click the help link: https://docs.kde.org/stable5/fr/okular/okular/signatures.html#adding_digital_signatures


OBSERVED RESULT
It's a 404

Replacing the fr in the URL with en or de makes it work (https://docs.kde.org/stable5/en/okular/okular/signatures.html#adding_digital_signatures), so it looks like a problem with the french localization?

Yeah, the french documentation was last generated in 2014 though people are translating the docmessages, what a waste of effort ^_^
