Hi,
Application view only works with cgroups v2 support via systemd.
it would be nice if it could also work for non-systemd users like in ksystemguard.

Unfortunately it's not really technically feasible. We investigated that initially, but only Systemd really gave us the tools that we needed to make it happen.
