SUMMARY
On Windows Kate is not installed by default, but Kate still chooses Kate as the default editor.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open "Configure Okular"
2. Go to Editor
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Kate is selected

EXPECTED RESULT
Notepad is selected
