Since the last update of some plasma apps the "move to" is missing inside the contextual menu.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Activate the plugin "copy to" and "move to" in Dolphins settings.
2.  Select a file and open the contextual menu with a right-click on the file
3.  "Copy to" is there but "Move to" is gone. Before the last update, it was there.

OBSERVED RESULT
"Move to" is missing.

EXPECTED RESULT
"Move to" is visible and also useable.

Aargh, the file is owned by root - so it will not be possible to move it to an other place.

This bug is INVALID.
