SUMMARY
KDE bug filing requires that system info be filled in. You can't even highlight and manually copy the labels in this panel; can we make it easier for bug reporters and just add a "copy info" button to populate the clipboard with what a bug report needs, in terms of versions?

It has one already, but I believe it was added in Plasma 5.25. It appears you're on 5.24 so you don't have that change.
