*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 436040 *** As discussed in the other bug, the search includes all items. Whether they are displayed is a view option. A search with open or closed groups is unnecessary. This flag is also not part of the search, we could think about a display in the status bar like "you still have items in closed groups". That why I was suggesting to override the flag to display a consistent result of a search. Now the message "you still have items in closed groups" is for me just a workaround. Frederic You can't just start from your point of view. There are users who want to "hide" the original/unedited image and also don't want it to appear in a search.
