Summary:	When I select the brush tool the brush does not appear on my canvas, i can not see the brush on the canvas but when i move away from it my cursor reappears. I have tried hiding and moving layers yet I still can not see my brush when I go to the canvas.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Upload image to cavas
2. Select freehand brush tool
3. Move cursor to canvas
4. Try to draw on said canvas

OBSERVED RESULT
Cursor does not appear

EXPECTED RESULT
Cursor should appear on the canvas

Nevermind i read that 5.1 is recommended to use with windows 8.1 or higher
