SUMMARY
After closing the lid on my notebook the system correctly goes to sleep but when I then move my mouse (accidentally) it awakens from the sleep with lid still being closed..

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start your system (Manjaro, KDE)
2. Close lid to force system to sleep
3. Move with external mouse
4. Computer boots again

OBSERVED RESULT
Computer boots again

EXPECTED RESULT
Computer stays asleep
