SUMMARY
Whenever I use the keyboard shortcut to move app windows to my 1440p (primary) monitor from my 4K monitor with a keyboard shortcut, it doesn't respond.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press the keyboard shortcut to move the window to different screen
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
* Only happens from 4K to 1440p (moving to 4K from 1440p works as expected)

EXPECTED RESULT
* app windows in 4K monitor should move to my 1440p

Does it work if you temporarily disable Bismuth?

Sorry.  Been busy, and I forgot to reply.

It appears that my Bismuth is slightly older and I tested on an activity that's not using tiling and it works fine.
