Summary: When openning okular and edditting the opened pdf content, it fails to save changes in current file, unless you use "save as" option to save to another file. All these things happened suddenly after I executed an anti-virs program **360 Safe**

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a general pdf file
2. Make some changes to the content (e.g., underline, highlight, et. al)
3. Save changes using "Ctrl + S"

OBSERVED RESULT
As seen in the attachment, it fails when saving changes

EXPECTED RESULT
All changes should be saved in current file
