SUMMARY

setting window specific rule for size within KDE-Systemsettings is not respected upon start of the program.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set rules for size=721,583  & position (upper right corner) for this window
2. upon autostart, the windows is positioned in the upper right cornern, but with a bigger windowsize.

start with the following call:
plasma-systemmonitor --page-name History

window is bigger than ruled.
but can manually be downsized to the given size.

no copy & past possible from the About window!!!

on the bug-tracking site (here), one cannot specify the right version: starts 5.18.7/8 and continues with 5.23.0… 
no selection 5.20.x possible!

Thank you for the bug report!

However Plasma 5.18.8 is no longer supported by KDE; supported versions are 5.24, and 5.25 or newer.
Your distribution is responsible for providing support for older versions of KDE software.

Please do one of the following:
- Upgrade to a supported version and see if the issue is still relevant
- Report the issue to your distribution
