This was fixed a bit ago, sometime in the last few Plasma releases. I can confirm it's looking good on my 4K screen with 200% scale now. |

Run same search in KRunner and in Application Launcher OBSERVED RESULT Icons in KRunner are blurry, icons in Application Launcher are sharp. EXPECTED RESULT All icons should be sharp.
