Visual description of the bug

After a recent update, a bug appeared in systemsettings that spoiled the appearance of the program. Added horizontal, static scroll bars that didn't exist before and do nothing

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Simply launch systemsettings in sidebar mode, then go to, for example, hotkey settings

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.97
Qt Version: 5.15.5

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This bug appeared quite recently, but I don't remember which packages were updated - most likely after the KDE Gears update... Also, this bug only appears in sidebar mode. In icon mode, there are only unnecessary horizontal scrollbars, but there is no unnecessary padding. I also tried completely deleting the configuration files and creating a new user, but it did not help
