SUMMARY
Pop-up text over a planet matches the  background of the same pop-up. The text is un-readable.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start a game
2. Hover pointer over a planet

OBSERVED RESULT
pop-up text (grey) is un-readable against pop-up background (also grey)

EXPECTED RESULT
pop-up text should have some contrast against the pop-up background
