SUMMARY
Since last update from ktorrent version 22.04.3 to 22.08.0, if ktorrent is closed and you try to open a torrent file, ktorrent is started but the torrent file is not added to ktorrent to start the download. If ktorrent is already opened and you try to start a torrent file, the torrent is added with no issues to ktorrent.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Be sure ktorrent is not running.
2. Try to open a torrent file (for example https://neon.kde.org/download).
3. ktorrent is started but torrent is not added.
4. While ktorrent is running, try to open again the torrent file.
5. Now torrent is added to ktorrent.

OBSERVED RESULT
If ktorrent is closed and you try to open a torrent file, it is not added to ktorrent.

EXPECTED RESULT
If ktorrent is closed and you try to open a torrent file, the torrent must be added to ktorrent.

Still present in version 22.12.3

Cannot reproduce with 23.08.4. For me the Open Torrent dialog opens just fine.
