Can reproduce. *** Bug 460487 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** *** Bug 469557 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Also happens in a bit another way (similar to the screen recording in bug 460487) 1. Hit Meta to open start menu, hover some app, wait until tooltip is shown. 2. Hit Meta again to close the start menu. 3. Move away the mouse from the zone of start menu 4. Hit Meta again to show open start menu. 5. Move mouse to the zone of start menu. 6. Now tooltip disappears. Observed result: After step 4, the start menu opened, but the tooltip is shown there. [It was hidden with the start menu after step 2]. Expected result: There should not be tooltip there.
