System Tray "Entries" page shows a horizontal scrollbar, but there is nothing to scroll horizontally and the slider's width filles the scrollbar.

But when you try to scroll down the view content with touchscreen, the horizontal scrollbar disappears.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click system tray's "Show hidden icons" button and click "Configure System Tray..."
2. Navigate to "Entries" page on side bar

OBSERVED RESULT
unnecessary horizontal scrollbar

EXPECTED RESULT
no horizontal scrollbar

This is a Qt bug (https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-83890) which has already been fixed with a local workaround in Plasma 5.26.
