SUMMARY
***
Copying files opens up two modal dialogs that prevent eachother from being modified. Can not finish a copy that involves a rename of the file
***


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Copy file from a folder to the same folder 
2. Rename and copy dialogs pop up
3. Can not click anything, completely locks the ui.

OBSERVED RESULT
The two dialogs locks the ui entirely and requires the process to be killed

EXPECTED RESULT
only one dialog popup at a time or neither should be modal.
