Hi! Thanks for reporting this issue. However, there's not much information we can work with to figure out what exactly went wrong.

1. Have you checked the system Files app? The photo is most likely in the KDE Connect folder there. We really should have done a better job communicating where to find the transferred files.
2. If not, it would be great if you can provide an example image, and more details on which devices and version of KDE Connect you used to transfer such file.
