I use a proxy to connect to the Internet. KDE allows me to input it in the system settings app. Funnily enough KDE System Settings ("systemsettings") does not use proxy for downloading components such as themes. OBSERVED RESULT Gives me error "Unknown Open Collaboration Service API error. (0)" , doesn't load any results when opening the dialogs for installing new icons, themes, SDDM login screens. EXPECTED RESULT Should allow me to browse for new stuff. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Debian Bookworm KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.96.0 Qt Version: 5.15.4 This is not a duplicate of 447281 as Discover and other KDE apps follow the proxy. It's just the System Settings app itself that does not.
