SUMMARY

Opening it for the first time : takes about 2~3 seconds.
Normally : it takes less than 1 second.

It becomes faster after opening it(the settings window) one time, but becomes slower again sometimes.

It doesn't happen all the time. just sometimes. I'm yet to catch when tho;

I would have assumed this would be a matter of caching... Is it regressive behavior?

It might depend on which page is open.

I think the bug might be related to this.

I also encountered this bug. I'm sure it wasn't like this before.

It got faster again in today's nightly(git 9c55583). Though it still feels a little bit slower than how it used to be.
Is it fixed?

I wound't know(I don't have the previous versions to compare anymore). But now it works fine for me.
