SUMMARY
In the account settings, there is a duplicate "add account" button on small width/android


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open NeoChat and go into the account settings
2. Decrease the width of the window

OBSERVED RESULT
There'll be a "add account" button in the lower right corner, as well as a blue "add account" button in the center

EXPECTED RESULT
There should only be one "add account" button. Either make the footer dissapear, or don't show the blue button. I personally prefer the second option.
