SUMMARY
When sending a file to an Android phone and no storage permission has been granted, transfer will just hang at 2% or so with no indication whatsoever why it does not proceed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a fres install of KDE Connect on your phone, just pair the device without setting up any modules
2. Send a file from the computer to the phone

OBSERVED RESULT
Transfer starts, hangs at 2% or so

EXPECTED RESULT
Transfer fails with an explanation that storage permission hasn't been granted on the device
